Work With Me

Licensing

For use of existing works. The easiest one for both of us!

No upfront costs, just an agreement and away you go. Pay royalties once a month.

  1. Go through my art, pick the things you like, send them me the links via my contact form.
  2. I'll send you high-resolution versions of the work to use.
  3. We negotiate an effective royalty for the work.
  4. We sign an agreement and you're off.
*Some works might not be available for your specific use case or be licensed elsewhere.

Commissions

For the creation of new works.

I see commissions as a collaborative process. You want something and you want me to make it because of some specific, unique aspect I bring.

The process goes something like this:

  1. You want a video, graphic, interactive installation or activation.
  2. Reach out using my contact form.
  3. Depending on the project, we collaborate on a budget and schedule and come to an agreement.
  4. We collaborate creatively, meet regularly, and work to our schedule until the project is complete.
*Travelling, appearances, launches, etc can all be negotiated.

Speaking

Yay, I love speaking and teaching people. The answer is yes.

In general, I like to speak about topics other than my art. If you to have me speak about my art, the venue will be a factor. Why not have a gallery showing or public performance (PA, 'live show') instead?

I create workshops and presentations designed to stir up new perspectives and creative ideas. They range in topics from how to make music, graphics, to how to write computer code and computational creativity.

Open Source Work

If any work is publically availble online in an open source environment, such as Codepen or Github, feel free to fork it and use for your purposes.

If you want to give me some credit, that is much appreciated. Though not everyone does, and I write their names down in a little book called "BAD PEOPLE I DON'T LIKE" (I'm kidding).

Music

I do four types of music projects.

The soundtrack. You get an unlimited license for your game/film/tv show, but I retain the ownership of the work and sale of the soundtrack. We'll work together to creatively design the sound and feelings specific to your game.

For commissioned works, see the commission steps. These tend to be one off songs for a specific purpose (commissions have included works for compilations, cancer and disease research, and festivals).

  1. Video Games
  2. Film/TV
  3. Podcasts
  4. Commissioned works
